Rune Factory 4 has been out for just a few weeks, but producer Yoshifumi Hashimoto said the game’s reception was good enough to greenlight a sequel. Hashimoto didn’t say anything else to Famitsu about Rune Factory 5, which probably isn’t even actively in development.
Hashimoto said he’s speeding up preparations for a brand new title. We’re guessing this is Dragon Marked For Death, a Nintendo 3DS game with network features. Hashimoto exclusively talked to Siliconera about the title last year and said it’s coming along quite well.
Meanwhile, Half-Minute Hero and Senran Kagura producer Kenichiro Takaki said he has this idea in his head for a Wii U game and a Kagura anime series is in the works. Takaki also says he’s going to strive to make more games that people can’t comprehend.
