This is quite a change from both Yo-kai Watch and the Flashy Souls and Bony Spirits versions of Yo-kai Watch 2. Yo-Kai Watch arrived on the Nintendo 3DS in North America in November 2015, but didn’t appear in Europe until April 2016. Yo-kai Watch: Bony Spirits and Fleshy Souls came to North America in September 2016, but only appeared in Europe in April 2017. This will mark the first time where the game will be released in both territories in the same year and season.

Yo-kai Watch 2: Psychic Specters is essentially a director’s cut of the second entry in the series. This installment lets you befriend 15 Wicked Yo-Kai, take on 12 new quests, visit Gera-Gera Resort, play through a larger Yo-kai Watch Blasters cooperative game, and explore two new dungeons, provided you have Bony Spirits and Fleshy Souls save data to prove you played those games.

Yo-kai Watch 2: Bony Spirits and Fleshy Souls are available on the Nintendo 3DS worldwide. Yo-kai Watch 2: Psychic Specters originally launched in Japan in December 2014.
