The magazine also had some bits of info on the game. The more characters die, the stronger they become when they come back as a new clone. It’s not just stats either, for example, if you’re killed by a certain animal you’ll take less damage from that same animal.

There are many ways to die as we’ve previously seen, and one way includes dying from carrying too many things. This can be prevented by increasing the limit of how much a character can carry. If a character dies as a young adult, their next life as a young adult will be prolonged.

Zanki Zero: Last Beginning will release in Japan in Summer 2018 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. The game will release in the West for PS4 and PC.
