Mobile phone Resident Evil returns in Biohazard: Operations

One of the better cell phone games out there is Resident Evil: The Missions. Capcom managed to atomize the Resident Evil formula into bite sized missions where you shoot all the zombies in a room. Now out in Japan is Biohazard: Operations, a sequel to Resident Evil: The Missions with enhanced graphics. The goal of the game is to get Chris or Jill through the rooms as fast as possible so you spend a minute or less in each area. If you get through an operation quickly you might be rewarded with better weapons like the flame thrower and a shotgun. That sure beats being restricted to a few bullets and the survival knife. Considering Capcom released Resident Evil: Mobile in North America a few months after it came out in Japan we should get Biohazard: Operations pretty soon.

Wow, this looks actually better then the DS version which raises an important question, why?

a) Capcom was lazy
b) DS is hard to program on
c) DS is less powerfull than a Cellphone :P
