While North America is still waiting for the Metal Gear Solid expansion disc, it’s out in Japan and Konami has an unusual tie-in promotion. If you hop into an arcade with an E-Amusement Spot you can get a Quiz Magic Academy outfit. I don’t see how this is going to help any player blend into their surroundings, but you might be able to score street cred as the Quiz Magic Academy sniper if your skills are good enough.
