Tekken 6 Has "Console Specific" Content

Namco Bandai saved Tekken 6 news as their presentation finale. After a Tekken 6 trailer flashed Katsuhiro Harada, Executive Producer, took the stage and said a few works. Three of which were “console specific content.”

We know the PSP version will have levels and character customization items not found in the console versions. However, no details were provided about what special things will only be in the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of Tekken 6. Characters? Tekken Bowl? Flying pigs*? Your guess is as good as mine.

*One stage really lets players kick pigs at their opponents. Soaring swine don’t do any direct damage, but they can distract your opponent.

Ugh, again...oh wait, it's Namco. Shouldn't be surprised any more. I shall just have to sit back and wait for said content to be overly priced once available as DLC. I could just ignore it like I did with Yoda though so ha!

100% agree. On the other hand, you could just not buy it at all. I hate to admit it, but I am seriously considering it. Still I can' t imagine it not being best on the PS3, since the damn arcade version runs on it as well.

Ok so who wants to take bets on what rediculous franchise they are digging up for this one?

Xbox 360 = Papa Smurf / PS3 = Smurfette

Xbox 360 = Freddy / PS3 = Jason

Seriously though, who knows what they may pull out of their ass. Star Wars was ok I guess but honestly, it fit about as well as George Bush rapping about hoes and anal sex on stage with 2 Live Crew. As far as adding to the game, it did little.

Not buying it after the stupid stunt that they pulled with Soul Calibur. Thank God that BlazBlue is shaping up to be an excellent fully featured title.
