Natsume Ready Harvest Moon: Hero of Leaf Valley

Recommended Videos

Natsume shot out a quick e-mail reminding us all that Harvest Moon: Hero of Leaf Valley for PSP has gone gold, and is out next week on April 20th for $29.99.

Harvest Moon: Hero of Leaf Valley appears to be a retelling of or somehow related to Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland for PS2. The gist is this: The Funland Corporation is razing Leaf Valley and building an amusement park over it, and the entire town will be demolished unless you — with the help of the townspeople — stop them. Naturally, you somehow manage this by helping out on the family farm and harvesting gems, mine ore, raising animals, and eventually getting married. In all, there’s 16 different ways you can ultimately save Leaf Valley. If Innocent Life: A Futuristic Harvest Moon wasn’t your cup of tea, this might hit the spot.

Here’s our old list of all the games to date on current-gen hardware again, for anyone that wants to get caught up. The years pertain to Japanese release dates:

Additionally, Natsume also announced that they’ve opened their own community forums now, which you can check out here. It’s only been a little while since the announcement, so there isn’t much activity on the boards yet.
