Assassin Sisters Rin-Rin, Fei-Rin And Ai-Rin Join Anarchy Reigns

PlatinumGames and Sega have revealed three more characters for Anarchy Reigns this week via Famitsu.com—three assassin sisters named Rin-Rin, Fei-Rin and Ai-Rin. Take a look at them below:

Rin-Rin: Uses a fan called “Blazing Dragon”

Fei-Rin: Uses a spear called “Purple Dragon”

Ai-Rin: Uses a nunchuk called “Yellow Dragon”

Hey, you might as well make them all playable. Every single boss from MW, and change the title to Mad World 2. That’s what it is pretty much.

First my thoughts went to the three kung-fu ladies from Strider- then I recalled that I had seen one of them in Madworld, and then I felt weird because I made a connection sooner to a title more than ten years old to one that was released on the Wii. ANYHOW- triplets with differing breast-sizes and weird weapons… wonder how different they will be to play. With such similar designs, they don’t exactly look very varied…

I have a feeling I know what’s been going with Anarchy Reigns development.

First, Platinum Games penned the deal for MGR:R and the development schedules had to be reconciled. Then, there was talks that they should have more characters in the game (especially female) and that DLC characters would cause a negative riot. Just my theory on the previous delay.

I also hoping they expand the number of players capable in multiplayer (preferably 8). I’m still really psyched for this game and should be day-one purchasing. This one I really believe in. I trust Platinum Games as a developer.

Yay! That’s awesomeI I’m definitely loving Ai-Rin the most. Dat hair~.
I kinda like the accents on her outfits the most, on top of the eyepatch. All of them look awesome though (and I am diggin’ Rin-Rin’s hair a lot).

  Honestly, at this point, I’m pretty surprised they haven’t just ported Madworld to PSN and XBLA, just so they have some continuity between this and that game.

      Sega would lose money that way, unless they did it as some sort of incentive to buy the game new or something. They could easily get away with putting it up online and charging $15-20 for it. I know it seems like every other early Wii title is ending up, at least, on the PSN (Dead Space: Extraction, the Resident Evil Chronicles games), so I don’t see why they don’t do it with this one, too. Get people who never owned a Wii excited about the characters too.
