Phantasy Star Online 2’s Next Update Brings Halloween Content

The next update for Phantasy Star Online 2 will add Halloween-themed content and a Very Hard difficulty, with the Floating Continent, Mines, and Tundra areas featuring rare bosses. The video below summarizes the new content, and below that, you can read up on the specifics:

Let’s take a closer look at some of the content that will be available in part 2 of the “Call of Mortality” update. First up is Halloween-themed content, which will be available from October 24th – November 21st. This includes Halloween-themed Rappies that will drop the rare Pumpkin Rod item:

 

 

A Limited time Emergency Quest, titled “Trick or Treat” featuring an appearance by the Naura sisters:

 

 

 

A Halloween-themed lobby:

 

 

Halloween Night Party AC Scratch, featuring new costumes and accessories:

 

 

And finally, the Very Hard difficulty’s rare bosses:

 

 

Part 2 of the Call of Mortality update will be released on October 24th in Japan.
