Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen Isn’t A Sequel, It’s An Expansion With Black Curse Island

image Capcom announced Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen for Japan, which is like the Monster Hunter G version of Dragon’s Dogma. The expanded game has new character, monsters, new parts, Black Curse island, and huge underground area to explore. Players can import save data from Dragon’s Dogma into Dark Arisen.


Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen also has Japanese voiceovers and Capcom hired some notable actors.


Dragon – Shinji Ogawa (Bateau in Ghost in the Shell)

Kina – Yuka Komatsu (Neytiri in Avatar)

Mercedes – Miyuki Sawashiro (Milla in Tales of Xillia)

Selene – Megumi Han (Takeru in Digimon Adventure)

Chief Adaro – Ichiro Nagai (Yoda in Star Wars)


Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen will be released soon, but a specific release date was not announced.
