Square Enix released more screenshots of Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix showcasing the members of Organization XIII. Organization XIII takes center stage in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days and Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories.

Roxas first appears in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, one of the two playable games in Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix. Axel is the fire wielding member of the team who befriends Roxas in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. Xion is also a main character in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days who befriends Roxas and Axel. These three characters love sea-salt ice cream.

How did Square Enix adapt Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days into an almost three hour movie? Read this post.

Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories has two sides to the story. After you play through Sora’s story, Reverse/Rebirth mode lets you shuffle through Riku’s tale. Unlike Sora, Riku only has one friend card, King Mickey.

Roxas was in KH FM? thats news to me

    • Ehren Rivers

I think they’re referring to his appearance in the secret ending.

      • http://www.facebook.com/people/Ace-Smith/100001214175038 Ace Smith

        well thats just misleadng….

        • Ehren Rivers

I guess, if you didn’t already know that was him. It has been fairly common knowledge for a long time though, and it IS technically true.

          • Guest

Except they say he’s playable in this title. Which he isn’t.

          • Ehren Rivers

No, no they don’t. They said Roxas first appears in Final Mix, one of the two playable titles. Final Mix and Re:CoM are the two playable games. They are not making the claim that Roxas is playable.

    Luxord, you handsome devil.

    • DCBlackbird

sad how he was just put in to keep the 13 references going

  • komiko12

Heh.. I like how their weapons have more variety than the Keyblade wielders who only uses… well Keyblades.

Also the top picture reminded me of the Type-0 cast who also wielded different weapons and wore uniforms.

Considering that we’ve seen no less than 9 (more if you consider all the nuances) styles of wielding a keyblade and that there are something like 100 different keyblades in the franchise thus far, I think you are on the wrong side of that argument.

      • komiko12

I was talking about the weapons themselves not the ways of wielding it and even though there are over 100 keyblades in the series, in the end they are still all Keyblades. They may have different properties but they are still the same kind of weapon. I don’t see why would you think my argument is wrong.

        • http://popculturesocialclub.com/ DreamDrop♥

then I doubt I could explain it to you.

          • komiko12

Quite rude aren’t you? You’re implying I lack intelligence.
My original post says that the OrgXIII’s weapons have MORE variety than the keyblade wielders. The difference between each member’s weapons are so obvious.

          • http://popculturesocialclub.com/ DreamDrop♥

Not rude, malicious. I’m implying that the concept I wish to convey is not something I could adequately explain. But hell, you wanna go there so let’s just say you’re dumb instead.

          • komiko12

Then I should say that my point is fairly easy to understand. You’ve already explained that Keyblades have variety but the OrgXIII’s weapon’s have more variety. A sitar and a book is so much different when you compare it to the difference between the long blade and short blades.

        • http://popculturesocialclub.com/ DreamDrop♥

Eff it, let’s try. The weapon wielders in OrgXIII still only use their weapons. Marluxia only uses a scythe. Xigbar only snipes. Larxene only uses needles. Meanwhile on the keyblade from, you have long blades and heavy blades and reverse grip blades and single handed fencing blades and dual handed blades and short blades and so on and so forth. The argument of a lack of variety due to them being “just keyblades” is absurd.

I’m mad his weapon is the shape of a guitar. xD

    • http://popculturesocialclub.com/ DreamDrop♥

      It’s not a guitar.

      • http://www.gamemusiclife.com/ LainaLain

        • http://popculturesocialclub.com/ DreamDrop♥

          not quite. Sitar

  • http://twitter.com/DarrylThinks The Letter D

Luxord is actually my favorite member, with Axel as my 2nd, and Marluxia/Saix tied for 3rd. But what’s interesting is that Luxord was said to be Nomura’s favorite, however, he probably had the smallest role in the series.

    • http://popculturesocialclub.com/ DreamDrop♥

      Q. Who is your favorite Organization XIII member? (J-Anime)

Nomura: Every member of the Organization is so unique and I like every one of them, and of course I like the protagonist Roxas, but as far as playable characters go, I like the gun-wielding Xigbar, while from a story perspective I’d have to pick the overburdened Axel. As for Days in particular, I’d say that Xion plays a very important role in this title.

      Not Luxord, sorry.

    • Göran Isacson

Then again, Nomuras opinions are kind of mercurial… so maybe Luxord was just his favorite at the time he was asked the question.

  • SunOatBoatMatadorQuattro

The Organization members often compete on who has the craziest hair.

  • Göran Isacson

Oh man, Demyx actually gets a scene! It’s probably small and won’t amount to much character development but darnit, it’s still Demyx.

    • SunOatBoatMatadorQuattro

      Dance water dance!!

  • Steven Higgins

    These. Look. Amazing.

  • Hinataharem

I wonder if they will actually say Luxord and Demyx’s name this time around.
