Super Heroine Chronicle has three important stats to keep track of ATK (attack), HIT (hit), and SPD (speed) which are shown in the corner of the screen. The ability crash system lets players target these parameters and if you cause a break you can debilitate an enemy. ATK Crash lowers a target’s attack, SPD Crash reduces a target’s chance to dodge, and HIT Crash lowers an enemy’s hit rate. After a crash you can do an Extra Attack to deal additional damage. If you manage to "crash" all three stats you can defeat an enemy, which is good strategy if you’re facing an opponent with high HP.

Super Heroine Chronicle is in development for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita.

So basically they change cloth break mechanic in queens gate.
In Queens gate breaking clothing increase damage taken to part where cloth is broken and if manage to break all cloth part you got extra money, EXP and fanservice

Cecilia was best girl anyway, brah.

      • Ni

        You spelled Laura wrong

        • fyi1191

Not anymore, so Laura is the best girl.

          • DyLaN

Can we just say every1 have different tastes in girls and stop at there?

I pretty much like all of the girls though. Each of them is entertaining in their own way.

          • ShadowDivz

…This is the internet. Nobody is compromising anything! EVER.
Especially if it comes to fictional characters.

    • Actually now I think we’ll eventually have all the main girls for each anime. They’re probably gonna tease us by stages like that until release.

  • Raharu95

The Battle Screenshots confuse me a little ^^’

  • Jesse

I’m eagerly awaiting any release info on this game.

  • ChiffonCake

Huh, they even put Koto in? Hm, I didn’t think Kyousogiga was popular enough for that.

    • Mugen555

Because Kyousogiga is banpresto X toei joint project

  • This looks great! =)

  • fyi1191

    Yandere Miko yay.

    • Just Tim

…and watch an LPer make an all-Yandere team run. :P

Any word on Yuno Gasai, the rest of Future Diary, and the cast of the CD Drama Yandere Girl (ヤンデレの女の子)?

      • Yuan

Don’t expect characters from series not included in the lineup.
Unless they put something like ‘More’ on the lineup, they won’t add a new title.

  • サレム

Shirayuki and Rem sold me on the game. Dirty pair heroines are still missing >:

    Ah, Higurashi.

I remember years ago I was super into the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni universe. And later, the Umineko no Naku Koro ni universe. Not as much anymore like I once was. But definitely had a solid story. Umineko no Naku Koro ni played with my emotions so much.

I’m still a fan of sorts, I’m just not really into it like I used to be. Furude Rika is still one of my all-time favourite Visual Novel characters. Not only is she cute, but she has a lot of depth to her as someone who has lived for so long. I could never get enough of her characterization. And I always wanted to know more about her and her mind, her thoughts and feelings.

On the one hand, you have the part of her who loves friends and acting cute, and legitimately wants to enjoy the simpler things in life and enjoy being a schoolgirl. On the other hand, she has a vicious side to her as the result of thousands of years of torture. Like a cornered dog, Furude Rika is easy to bare her fangs. And yet, Furude Rika also has another side to her, a side of vast wisdom and knowledge. Having piled up memories over thousands of years. That you feel there is a wealth of maturity and knowledge about the world in her mind, that would take more than your own lifetime to understand. Her mind seems overwhelming. And even so, Furude Rika has plenty of character development. Plenty of anime and manga play with the concept of age, but Higurashi no Naku Koro ni did it pretty successfully.

I kind of miss those times when I was really into the Higurashi franchise now. Furude Rika is such a great character with a lot of depth. Definitely my favourite character from the When They Cry franchise, at least. I also kind of relate to Ryuugu Rena. As for both of us, cuteness is a kind of “raison d’être” or whatever. Though I like Rika a lot more.

Anyway, I was just reminiscing. You know, I haven’t often talked about in detail about the doujin franchises I am a fan of here on Siliconera. I talk a lot about me being “a big fan of the doujin industry” and so forth. But I don’t exactly spam people in the Open Thread with Touhou stuff or Tsukihime or Higurashi no Naku Koro ni or so forth. Well, now you know more of my feelings about Higurashi no Naku Koro ni.

    • Jaeger Knighty

The Higurashi anime was the first anime I watched, and I’m glad it was. Got a good first experience of all kinds of emotions throughout the journey. It’s been maybe a good 6-7 years since then now, and I really miss it too. Umineko wasn’t as catching for me though, however again I went the anime route and have been told the VN is what I SHOULD go for. I’m not even aware of the ending to it yet, but I did get close.

  • MellowMadman11

Hoping for a cameo from another Higurashi character!

    Not that it needs one!

  • Jaeger Knighty

So not only does this game have some series that I enjoy, but it is similar to Queen’s Gate? Importing. Real hard. Gotta have.

  • Still no Cutie Honey.. I guess she’s just too hype for this game

  • At first I was like “YAY SOMEBODY REMEMBERS TWIN ANGEL”, but now I am like “Kurumi a shit worst character do not want :(“

  • Actually it looks better than the first time I had seen somehow… the original chick looks especially cute. Added to shopping list.
