Hmm, the comments for gameplay article are not as many as the comments for costumes article.
    I wonder why. :P
Dead or Alive 5 is video game, right? Not a fashion show?

People like to argue about the costumes. What can we fight about in an article about gameplay modes? :P

Well, it is easier to say “Kasumi looks hot in pink”, rather than “she utilizes her 7k 12 frame move quite well for guaranteed damage”.

Combo challenge mode is gonna be one of the greatest additions for me.

    • Linhua

… agreed… it’s gonna give me a chance to turn some of those combos into something of my own.

I hope Survival is like DoA2U where if you obtain all the items you get all the costumes.

  • TrannyMagic

I miss when DOA had a Theater with actual ending movie clips… the movies thing is definitely not what I expected it to be lol idk what to think of it.

I’m gonna spend SOOOO much time in that training mode…

Just the idea of trying to reproduce that Kasumi combo is giving me headaches already!

LOL THE THUMBNAIL FOR THE 3RD VIDEO!

    xD

Kasumi I Don’t Think Your Spine Is Supposed To Work Like That!”

  • AverageGamers

I’m not whining or complaining, but I wonder why they didn’t just put these modes in the original. Now in a way, I’m kinda regreting ever purchasing the original at the first place.
If this is the new ‘marketing system’ for fighting games, then it’s really best to just wait and be patient for a few months when a new title is out, because eventually they will release an upgraded version with more worthy contents later on. Whoops, I just realized, this stuff applies to some other non-fighting titles as well. *sigh*
