image Namco Bandai has a brand new [email protected] game for PlayStation 3. Famitsu has a feature on [email protected]: One For All which has completely new costumes and a new theme song.

The game will have 13 characters to manage. It’s possible to produce with Ami and Mami Futami (the twins) in separate groups too. Other details are still rolling in, but it looks like [email protected]: One For All will be revealed on November 2 with a trailer at a secret [email protected] event at Akabane.

[email protected]: One For All will be sold in stores and also available as a download through the [email protected] Channel.

really looking forward to this. And i’m happy they stick with the idols from [email protected] 2. Let’s hope they include’ll yakusoku and eDEN, those songs are just amazing.

    • Heriel

      dont forget machiuke prince :3

Include? Aha, no chance. They’ll be 1800yen DLC, those songs are way too good for them to be included on-disc for the cost of the game itself. This is Scamco after all.

      Cynicism aside, can’t wait.

      • Naryoril

i’d even be happy with them being DLC, as long as i can use them.

        • Radiosity

Quite. Stuff like Yakusoku is basically not going to happen though, it’s too slow and ballady for a rhythm game, same as other slow tracks like Hatsukoi. edeN would be perfect though.

          • Naryoril

yakusoku was in shiny festa too. and being slow wouldn’t have hindered a song to be used in [email protected] 2 if the scoring system was properly thought out and a multiplier for the beats in the songs added

          • Radiosity

That’s the point, it wasn’t properly handled and slow songs suffer rather lower scoring as a result compared to high BPM tracks.

          • Naryoril

yeah, but that isn’t necessary for all rhythm games, it’s just a flaw in [email protected] 2’s scoring system. i hope they’ll fix that too

          • Radiosity

Hopefully. It’s a pretty serious flaw if you’re going for high scores and don’t happen to know about it because you’re at an instant disadvantage if you pick a slow song. I suspect high BPM songs will always end up being the better choice though, quite apart from anything else it’s easier to stay in sync with a high BPM song.

Digital only? I would have bought limited edition. :/

So, no, not digital only. And if there is a limited edition, i’ll buy it as well.

The fact that these games haven’t been localized is proof that god doesn’t exist.

  • Shizumasa

“It’s possible to produce with Ami and Mami Futami”

I dunno, when you take that out of context…

  • Learii

So this is like [email protected] 2.5? My poor wallet… I was hoping it’d be spared until [email protected] 3.
