Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution Has A New Tournament Mode

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution features a new solo “Ninja World Tournament” mode, which will feature an original scenario and 1-on-3 battles, Namco Bandai have announced.

The Ninja World Tournament will feature four-ninja melee battles that you’ll compete in against three CPU opponents. Fighters will compete in tiered battles, ultimately working their way up to the S-Rank tier.

The story has ninjas from around the world arriving at Festival Island, where they will compete in melee brawls against multiple opponents. It would seem Mecha-Naruto has been spotted on the island as well.

  • KonjikinoSora

While this may look new, I feel like it will be almost identical to the battle of Naruto vs the Jinchuriki in Storm 3.

    • Loli Summoner

      Yeah and it was frustrating.

      • sonicheroes7

It was frustrating the first time around but then it’s not so bad once you try it again after knowing their movesets :P

        • Koibito888

Yeah I felt it was the more fun kind of frustrating.

  • Hines Green III

oh man I love it when they do original stories for games. Ultimate Ninja 3 on ps2 was a good one.

  • Loli Summoner

I hope they do more with the Hack N’ Slash thingy, I found that really fun.

  • Servant BerserCAR

I really want this, but I’m afraid they will release Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution Burst. -__-

    • Hinataharem

Luckily,Full Burst was DLC if you had the first game

    • Koibito888

So? I bought Storm 3 and the DLC was uber cheap, or you don’t have to get it and it doesn’t matter because you aren’t missing out on much.

    • subsamuel01

Full burst was a DLC, they only released the full game for those who still didn’t buy them game. I don’t think I can wait 7 months till a full burst version comes out of this game.

  • Areuto

So four people agianst each other? okay I can see how this could work in a cpu match but put this online and it can become easily broken if 3 or even 2 people decide to gang up on you.

    • Koibito888

That’s why it’s theorized to be a local multiplayer thing or even a CPU opponent thing only. Ether way it’s gonna be fun.

  • Chubunato

i knew they’d have a 4 player battle mode after the while. The system seems just perfect for it.
