So we’ve seen Senran Kagura 2’s recent collaboration featuring various restaurant items based off the Pair Battle characters for the upcoming game. Now it looks like some popular Japanese snacks are also hopping on the collaborative bandwagon. 4Gamer shows us more.
We’ve seen the Umaibo (meaning “delicious stick” in Japanese) corn puff snacks collaborate with various anime series like Puella Mugi Madoka Magica and the Monogatari series, and next up on plate for them is Senran Kagura 2.
Since the stick-shaped snack already has Senran Kagura written all over it, they’ll also have a campaign for exclusive scroll posters for fans to win, as well.
With the game releasing soon, 4Gamer also recaps some of the new features of the game, which includes more costume customizations and battle features than before.
In the world of Senran Kagura, all good things come in pairs, and this could be said especially for the Pair Battle system in Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson. You can check out one of their recent trailers to see what it’s all about.
Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson is slated for release in Japan on August 7, 2014 for Nintendo 3DS.
