Digital Extremes and Bandai Namco Games worked together to make a Star Trek video game based on the movie series. The 2013 game didn’t make a mark with fans or was a strong seller, but it looks like a new Star Trek game for smartphones may be in development.

CBS filed a trademark for Star Trek: Alien Domain for use with video games, computer software, and mobile phone applications in the United States. So far, Star Trek: Alien Domain has not been announced.
