Compile Heart shared the latest trailer for their upcoming PS4 RPG, Genkai Tokki: Castle Panzers. The trailer highlights key characters, underwear battle styles, monster girls, and more.
All you need to know about the story of Castle Panzers is some dude named Alex Ride (protagonist) somehow gets his crotch stuck in a device when he was trying to help the princess escape.
For real, that’s how it starts.
He then hears a mysterious voice in the ruins, where he signs a contract that allows him to control a powerful castle that is actually the ruins itself. Since his crotch device is docked from the ruins, he’s basically not allowed to leave the castle, but will be sending out other heroines and Monster Girls to do some work on his behalf.
The trailer shows us the game’s different “Styles” that come from different types of underwear. The Venus Style is all about close-ranged melee attacks with good balance and high stats. Knight Style is close-ranged and focuses on being more of a tank. Gunner Style specializes in long-ranged physical attacks. Witch Style is the mage one that specializes in ranged magic attacks.
The trailer then shows us more of its castle features such as upgrades that allow it to jump and perform other actions. Lastly, they share a bit of the growth system that revolves around Compile Heart’s bread and butter massaging feature to help power up heroines. There are six heroines, over 70 Monster Girls, and more than 100 types of underwear to collect.
Genkai Tokki: Castle Panzers releases in Japan on September 28, 2017 for PlayStation 4.
