Bandai Namco released the first trailer for its upcoming “super large-scale crafting” game called Ninja Box, featuring Tonkachi the ninja and Hiroto the regular fifth grader boy who show us how to build.

Tonkachi is a ninja with a smartphone on his forehead and he’s obsessed with finding ways to come up with content for his video channel. Hiroto is as normal as it gets, but they say he has the biggest reactions as the tsukkomi. You can read more about them here.

In the trailer we get to see some of its gameplay including the different kinds of sandbox elements that will require you to defend your base from the threat of enemy invasion.

Ninja Box releases for the Nintendo Switch in Japan in 2019. Check our previous report for a look at some more of the different kinds of fortresses you can make in the game.
