Crysis 3 takes place in 2047 and will take place in New York like Crysis 2. This version of New York is encased in a Nanodome shell created by the corrupt Cell Corporation, which they say is meant to help preserve the human population after the events of Crysis 2. The city is now a mix of an urban and jungle environment.

Crysis 3 will be released in Spring 2013 for the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
