PlatinumGames Developing A New Nier Game [Update: Trailer]

PlatinumGames are developing a new Nier game for PlayStation 4, Square Enix announced at their E3 2015 press conference.

 

The game is being directed by Yoko Taro, while PlatinumGames’ Atsushi Inaba will server as producer. Game design will be handled by Takahisa Taura (Metal Gear Rising), while character designs will be handled by Akihiko Yoshida (Bravely Default).

 

More information on the new Nier project will be shared this Fall. In the meantime, here’s a trailer:
