Takeshi’s Castle Power Pad Game Now Playable In English

A Famicom Power Pad game based on Takeshi’s Castle (known as the spoof show MXC: Most Extreme Elimination Challenge in the West), Family Trainer: Totsugeki! Fuuun Takeshi Jou, has received an English fan translation.

The game will run players through several events from the popular Japanese game show, letting them work through them using steps on the Power Pad. According to the entry on the game’s translation page, the game is “…rumored to be very physically involved and is recommended to do stretches before playing.”
