After Bloodborne was revealed as one of the PlayStation Plus March 2018 Instant Game Collection titles, a group of fans on Reddit decided to create an event designed to draw veterans back to the game now that a new group of players is about to appear. (Illusorywall and Joshuainthebox created the flyer above and have been promoting it.) The fan-run Return to Yharnam event is being held again in the game. It will run from March 10-24, 2018.
The goal of this Bloodborne event is to get people to create new characters and go through the game again, encouraging co-op and PVP. People are encouraged to leave “You’re in the know, right?” messages by lamps, especially the Central Yharnam one, and provide fine ratings to every message they see. You are also encouraged to participate in co-op when opportunities arise and, if possible, to try and get Bell Maidens to spawn in areas by trying to fight at least two people in each location. The goal is to help give people who loved the game a reason to return, as well as welcome new players to the community and offer them a helping hand if they find themselves having trouble
Bloodborne is available for the PlayStation 4.
