Umihara Kawase Fresh! Cooks Up A New Trailer To Teach The Basics Of Cooking

Recommended Videos

Gathering ingredients and cooking food plays a big role in Umihara Kawase Fresh!, and Success shared a new trailer that teaches the basics of cooking and how it works in the upcoming Switch game.

In Umihara Kawase Fresh! you have life and hunger meters which can be replenished by eating food. So long as you have the required ingredients, you can cook up any food on the go. Each meal also comes with its own buffs that can help out in a variety of ways. For example a Hamburger also increases the lure-launching distance, Chicken Soup enhances jumps, and so on.

Kawase sparkles when an effect is active, but you’ll want to be careful not to get hit as it immediately removes the effect upon taking damage from a monster.

Umihara Kawase Fresh! releases for Nintendo Switch on April 25, 2019. Check out more from the game with a look at its Sky World and Overworld. A demo also just released in Japan last week.
