Trails Series’ Next Game Expected To Release By September 2020 In Japan

Falcom announced in its latest financial reports that the next entry in The Legend of Heroes’ Trails series will release in Japan by September 2020. [Thanks, Gematsu.]

No specific details were shared about the new Trails game other than the September 2020 release window, but the financial report revealed that the series has sold over 4.3 million units worldwide. Falcom also plans to release multiple remasters on PS4 as well as new titles, including the Trails and Ys series.

The latest entry in The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV –The End of Saga- released for PS4 in Japan in September 2018. In the West we recently got the release of The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III on PS4 in October 2019.
