Bakutsuri Bar Hunter Gets An Anime Set For This Fall

Bakutsuri Bar Hunter, the Nintendo 3DS barcode fishing game that came out in March in Japan, is getting an anime that is set to air on TV this Fall. [Thanks, Anime News Network!]

Toei Animation will be in charge of the upcoming anime, while the franchise is a collaboration between Bandai, Shogakukan, and Toei Animation. Apart from the game and anime, there is a manga series that debuted in the April issue of Coro Coro Comics on March 17.

More information on the anime will be revealed at the 2018 International Tokyo Toy Show that starts today in Japan. Bakutsuri Bar Hunter is currently available for Nintendo 3DS in Japan.
