Happy Birthdays will see some major system improvements from Birthdays the Beginning that released on PS4 and PC. Its navigation will make it easier to know the areas and requirements for creatures to be born. The game tempo will also be improved. Furthermore, Happy Birthdays will introduce new creatures to the series.

Happy Birthdays releases in Japan on March 29, 2018 for Nintendo Switch. Birthday the Beginning is available on PlayStation 4 and PC.
