Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night was highlighted in today’s Nintendo Direct, with a new gameplay trailer that shows off 3D segments, as well as some boss fights that should look familiar to those who played Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon.
Apart from returning bosses, Bloodstained will also have powers such as turning the castle upside-down or turning into lasers, the ability to customize Miriam, and more. There are also Symphony of the Night homages by the truck-load, as we can see a Crissaegrim/Valmanway-esque weapon, as well as Miriam getting bumped upwards while sitting in a chair, in the trailer.
