Square Enix announced people in the United States and Canada have a new way to listen to songs from the Final Fantasy Distant Worlds performances. There are now four Distant Worlds: Final Fantasy vinyl albums available in the online store.
Each of the Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy vinyl LPs costs $34.99. They also cover all past performances. So people could get Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy, Distant Worlds II: More Music from Final Fantasy, Distant Worlds III: More Music from Final Fantasy, and Distant Worlds IV: More Music from Final Fantasy. Each one has a record with matching slipcover. So the original album is black, the second is white, the third is blue, and the fourth is white with a red label. Each one is available in limited quantities, however.
The downside is, the Distant Worlds website and storefront is experiencing issues due to the volume of orders. For example, you may get a 404 attempting to reach the store and people are reporting issues checking out. Square Enix offered the following message.
