In the latest issue of Monthly CoroCoro, Bandai Namco announced that the farming game Doraemon: Story of Seasons will be getting a demo sometime in the future. [Thanks, Ryokutya2089!]

The game features Nobita, Doraemon, and their friends who happen to travel to an unfamiliar world, and get stuck without a way to return home. They are happened upon by a young boy named Ranch who introduces them to his home, Shizen Town, and Nobita and the others take up residency while finding a way home. The game features the classic Story of Seasons gameplay but with a larger focus on linear storytelling as well. You can find more about Shizen Town and its inhabitants and shops in our previous report here.

As for the demo, a release date has not been announced. Doraemon: Story of Seasons will launch for the Nintendo Switch on June 13, 2019 in Japan, and Fall 2019 in the West.
