Dynasty Warriors: Eiketsuden Shows Bits Of Its SRPG Features In Its First Screenshots

Koei Tecmo recently revealed Dynasty Warriors: Eiketsuden, an upcoming strategy RPG featuring Zhao Yun in a parallel world. Famitsu gives us a look at its first screenshots.

As previously detailed, the gameplay features a square grid map, where you’ll have various objectives to win such as eliminating all enemies. The game also features a characteristic “Resonance” feature that will let you bring out the power of bond between the commanders.

In addition to the scenario battles, the game offers a Free Battle mode that lets you play as often as you’d like.

Battle scenes for the game are done in Musou-style action, which can be skipped as well.

Dynasty Warriors: Eiketsuden will release in Japan in 2016 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita.
