Square Enix announced the FFXIV Fan Festival 2024 Tokyo schedule for streams, and confirmed it includes events like a keynote and Mahjong tournaments. The streams, which will be on YouTube and Twitch, all begin on January 6, 2024.
First, here is the schedule for events that begin on January 6, 2024. Note that since the FFXIV Mahjong tournaments are on the secondary stage, it won’t be streamed on the official YouTube and Twitch streams focused on the main stage.
- January 6, 2024 at 5pm PT/8pm ET: Keynote with Director and Producer Naoki Yoshida. (English interpretation will be available.)
- January 6, 2024 at 7pm PT/10pm ET: Opening Ceremony.
- January 6, 2024 at 7:30pm PT/10:30pm ET: FFXIV Doman Mahjong on the Secondary Stage. (It will feature Hiroshi Takai, Kazutoyo Maehiro, Hiroshi Minagawa, and Takeo Suzuki as presenters, Ryunosuke Tachibana, Yasumi Matsuno, and Yosuke Saito as guests, and Fumiyoshi Yamada and Tatsuya Hiyoshi as commentators.)
- January 6, 2024 at 8pm PT/11pm ET: Tales from the Development Side. (It will include Naoki Yoshida, Shinya Ichida, Masayoshi Soken, Banri Oda, Yosuke Hayashi, Arata Takahashi, Masaki Nakagawa, Yoshiki Takanashi, Kei Odagiri, Shuhei Shiota, Toshio Murouchi.)
- January 6, 2024 at 9:30pm PT/January 7, 2024 at 12:30am ET: Crystal Tsushin Presents Trivia Show & Venue Walkthrough. (It will include Kazuyoshi Mochizuki, Okazu Club’s Yui-P, and Magical Lovely’s Crystal Noda.)
- January 6, 2024 at 11:30pm PT/January 7, 2024 at 2:30am ET: GALLERIA Presents Crystal Conflict Regional Championship 2023. (It will feature Naoki Yoshida, so5u, and Nishimura Baby.)

As a reminder, the FFXIV holiday event is on ahead of the Fan Festival 2024 in Tokyo. The Starlight Celebration runs until December 31, 2023. People can earn an Unorthodox Saint’s armor set inspired by Santa.
Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival 2024 will be held January 7-8, 2024 JST (January 6-8, 2024 PT and ET) in Tokyo, Japan. FFXIV is available for the PS4, PS5, and PC. It is also headed to the Xbox Series X in Spring 2024. The Dawntrail expansion is in development for a Summer 2024 release.
