Final Fantasy XIV celebrates its third anniversary later this month. In commemoration of the occasion, fans can look forward to a special, 14-hour broadcast beginning on August 26, 2016 at 8 p.m. PDT. Programming includes the 31st “Letter from the Producer Live”, wherein Producer Naoki Yoshida will deliver a preview of what’s to come in Patch 3.4.
In addition to the traditional fanfare, this year stream viewers in Japan will have a chance to speak with Yoshida over Skype. Specifically, engaged and married couples are being encouraged to call in and share how they found love in Eorzea. The hour-long “Hello? This is…” segment of the broadcast airs from 5:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. PDT.
