Griss is the right hand of Zephia, leader of the “Four Hounds,” the villain group of Fire Emblem Engage. He is an unhinged sorcerer that practices dangerous magic arts and has a penchant for violence. Gris is merciless in the battlefield, and he appears to grow stronger the more damage he receives. Despite his scary personality, he seems to rely on Zephia as their leader.

Mauvier is the complete opposite of Griss. He is an honest, loyal soldier and a simple man. He is the most composed of the “Four Hounds,” but no one truly knows what his real thoughts and intentions are.

Kenjiro Tsuda will voice Griss in the Japanese dub of Fire Emblem Engage. He is best known as the voice of Zeke in Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Genichirō Ashina in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, and Seto Kaiba in the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise.

Tomoaki Maeno will voice Mauvier in Fire Emblem Engage. He has previously voiced Kyo Kusanagi in The King of Fighters franchise, Denam Pavel in Tactics Ogre: Reborn, and Zhongli in Genshin Impact.

Fire Emblem Engage will come out worldwide on January 20, 2023 for the Nintendo Switch.
