Get A Closer Look At Tales of Berseria’s New Character Eizen And Others

Bandai Namco recently announced the Japanese release date for Tales of Berseria along with some info on limited edition versions. Famitsu has followed up with a closer look at Eizen and other new screenshots.

A first mate of the Aifread Pirates, a man known as the “Death God.” In order to go against their common enemy, the Exorcists, he works together with Velvet. While much remains unknown about Eizen, he’s a 1,000-year-old man with the appearance of a 30-year-old man. We also looked at the possibilities of him being the older brother of Edna from Tales of Zestiria.

While Velvet and Eizen both oppose the Exorcists, Eleanor who happens to be one will be fighting against the protagonist early on, but it looks like she joins the party after a while, and she looks a lot less hostile in the above screenshots.

Tales of Berseria will release in Japan on August 18, 2016 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.
