God Eater 2: Rage Burst adds new scenarios, characters, and features to the original version of the game. 4Gamer gives us a nice summary on all the latest announcements Bandai Namco shared for the game.
The above is a look at the PlayStation 4 version of God Eater 2: Rage Burst. Namco say the big screen gives you a clear look at what’s going on, along with its sharp UI. Additionally, navigator voices come out from the DualShock4 speakers.
Isaac is the chief of Fenrir’s administration bureau of information management. He’s been dispatched to the far-east headquarters to take on a task.
He seems to have found an interest in Levi and her ability of being compatible to various God Arcs, which is part of his current duties.
Rage Burst takes place at the Spiral Tree, that is said to have various fields to it. Blood will colonize these fields one by one, as they aim to make the top of the tree.
The above is a look at the outer parts of the Spiral Tree. You can find all kinds of artifacts around here.
The lower levels of the Spiral Tree has a little more of a darker atmosphere, and it’s almost as though something down there has been the root of a disease to the giant tree.
As you head into the middle section of the Spiral Tree, you see a little less nature. The floors and walls consist of various minerals, and there are even waterfalls found throughout the area.
The Spiral Tree is also home to the new Aragami known as Silky. It floats around using blue flame attacks to attack from a distance, while using its sharp claws to attack close-ranged targets.
As previously reported, God Eater 2: Rage Burst will add new camp scenes to the Survival missions, where the crew can be seen kicking back and relaxing before taking on their next task.
The new “Personality Ability” system lets you train allies using Ability points they gain while out on missions. These points can then be used to teach them new abilities.
Finally, here’s a look at some accessories and costumes:
God Eater 2: Rage Burst will release in Japan on February 19, 2015 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.
