Gundam Versus On PS4 Adds Jesta And Gundam Throne Zwei, Details On Closed Beta Modes

Bandai Namco revealed the latest participating Mobile Suit units for Gundam Versus in this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine, including Jesta and Gundam Throne Zwei. [Thanks, Hachima.]

Below is a list of all the Mobile Suits we’ll see in the closed beta test:

Of the 11 works to be included in the game, 38 Mobile Suits will be playable in the closed beta.

Here are the four modes that will be playable in the closed beta:

• Ultimate Battle: By surviving and upgrading your unit, your objective is to take out enemies and aim to clear the course. After a while, you’ll see an “Extra Battle” that has special rules such as 3v3 or boss hunter. You can play solo, but if you select online play then the Extra Battles will be done with other players, with up to six people at a time.

• Trial Battle: Aim to clear the stage by defeating a CPU opponent. In the full version of the game, there will be various routes with new ones to be added via updates as well.

• Free Battle: A single-player mode that lets you pick any team of Mobile Suits with your conditions and settings of choice against a CPU. This is a mode to work on Mobile Suits and practice technique.

• Player Match: An online mode that lets you create and search rooms with a capacity of up to 18 players for 2v2 battles. You’ll also get to play against players from overseas.

Gundam Versus is in development for PlayStation 4.
