The PS5 release date for Honkai: Star Rail appeared. In a trailer at Sony’s September 2023 State of Play presentation, HoYoVerse revealed that the game will be coming to PS5 on October 11, 2023.
Aside from the release date, the new Honkai: Star Rail trailer featured a speech from Kafka. There were also scenes from a battle from the recently added Simulated Universe: Swarm Disaster mode featuring Dan Heng.

HoYoVerse initially announced the release window for Honkai: Star Rail on PS5 during Summer Game Fest 2023. They also held a PS5 technical test at gamescom 2023, with recruitment held later in August 2023. The PC and mobile versions of the game both appeared in April 2023. This means it took six months for HoYoVerse to get the console version of the game prepared.
Currently, the Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae five-star banner is live in the game until September 20, 2023. The next banner will add the five-star Fu Xuan and four-star Lynx Landau. It looks like the PS5 version version could arrive alongside update 1.4’s debut.
Honkai: Star Rail is out now for PC and mobile platforms. It will be released for PS5 on October 11, 2023.
