Hu Tao and Yelan Return in Liyue Focus Genshin Impact Banner

The dates for the second half of the Genshin Impact Version 3.4 banners — which will feature Yelan and Hu Tao — appeared. This information is technically not new, because HoYoVerse announced all of the five-star characters people can pull for when Version 3.4 comes out, but did reveal the four-stars.

Liyue characters dominate both banners. Aside from Hu Tao and Yelan (who will only be available for a limited time), you will get a higher chance of pulling Beidou, Ningguang, and Xingqiu. Hu Tao is a Pyro polearm user who can deal fire DMG with her Elemental Burst. She also gains more ATK the less HP she has. Meanwhile, Yelan is a Hydro bow user who works similar to Xingqiu. Her Elemental Burst deals Hydro DMG with every Normal Attack.

The signature weapons for both Hu Tao and Yelan will return in the Weapon Banner as well. You will be able to get the Staff of Homa or the Aqua Simulacra. Both of them boost HP as a passive ability, the sub-stats are Crit DMG. These stats make Staff of Homa and Aqua Simulacra great weapons for any character. So even if you do not have Hu Tao or Yelan, you can make use of them.

Genshin Impact is readily available on the PS4, PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. Version 3.4 of Genshin Impact will launch on January 18, 2023, but Hu Tao and Yelan will not appear until February. You will be able to pull for them between February 7-28, 2023.
