Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II Trailer Shows More Of The “Next” Form

In addition to the new CPU Uzume, Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II introduces powerful new forms for the goddesses, along with other new features to the series. Compile Heart’s latest trailer shows us a recap of what’s new.

The video starts out with a look at what the game is all about, and how it spans through three dimensions of Zero Dimension Neptunia Z, Hyperdimension Neptunia G, and Heart Dimension Neptunia H.

At 1:28, they show us a look at the new and evolved game system, like its new “Formation Skill” system, which can be done using two to four characters as part of a special cooperative skill.

The game features a Parts Break system for the fights, along with giant monster enemies. The video then shows us the new parody characters known as the “Gold Third,” featuring characters like Square Enix parody S-sha, a failed moviemaker.

We then get a look at the CPUs and their new “Next” forms, with Next Purple, Next Black, Next White, and Next Green. Finally, the video ends with a look of the limited “Dream Edition” version, which features three “DG-ROM” digital pack discs featuring artwork and more.

Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II will release in Japan on April 23, 2015 for PlayStation 4.
