Arc System Works has revealed more about how Ryuko and Satsuki play while dual-wielding scissors and swords respectively in Kill la Kill the Game. The introductions come with several more screenshots that show off the new moves they can pull off. [Thanks, 4Gamer!]

Ryuko Matoi (Dual-Wield)

An alternate version of Ryuko Matoi, who has taken back the other half of the Rending Scissors from Nui. With her new style, she can attack a wider range, but loses some speed as a tradeoff.

Ryuko attacks with consecutive combos that combine attacks using the Rending Scissors with some physical moves.

Dual-wielding Ryuko can send a longer energy blast compared to regular Ryuko. She also has an attack that recreates the scene where she takes back the other half of the Scissors in Episode 22.

Unsurprisingly, Ryuko’s finisher is powered-up too, losing a bit of speed but gaining the ability to suck the enemy towards her flurry of attacks.

Satsuki Kiryuin (Dual-Wield)

An alternate version of Satsuki who wields both the Bakuzan Kōryu and Bakuzan Gako at the same time. Her reach is shorter like this, but she gains more speed and attacks with multiple hits. A lot of her animations take inspiration from when she wore Senketsu when facing against Ryuko wearing Junketsu.

Using the double Bakuzan and physical moves, Satsuki performs a flurry of attacks that take to both ground and the air.

For her ranged attack, she does two slices with the Bakuzan that can be comboed into aerial attacks. Satsuki also has a counter move that can stop some Break attacks.

In her finisher, Satsuki does a cross slice, then fires off missiles from Junketsu’s shoulders.
