Konami revealed Metal Gear Survive, an upcoming cooperative action game that takes place in an alternate universe, at Gamescom 2016. Konami brand manager Richard Jones spoke with Eurogamer to share more about the upcoming PS4, Xbox One, and PC action survival game.

During the interview, Konami didn’t have anything to say about Hideo Kojima, or much about the gameplay of Metal Gear Survive, but they did explain the game’s story that starts with the opening of an “unexplained wormhole” and more. You can read more about it in the full interview.

At the end of the interview, Konami did say that Metal Gear Survive “will not be a full-priced game.” While no further details were shared, it seems like we’ll have something more along the lines of a Ground Zeroes than The Phantom Pain when thinking content.

Eurogamer did try sneaking in a last-second Kojima question about whether the game’s development began before or after he left, but Konami wasn’t looking to talk about that. They did, however, state that the game is being made in Japan. Details on its director and other staff members were not revealed.

Metal Gear Survive is in development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
