She wanted to follow the path of becoming a police officer as an admirer of the Special Support Section, but due to various reasons she ended up transferring to Thor’s “Second Branch School.”

She had trouble trusting the Empire, an aggressor nation to her home country, or even the “Ashen Chevalier” who is the hero of the Empire, but she was able to grow together with her friends in the New Class VII as they overcame difficulties, and she decided on finding a way to a “future” where her hometown and Empire can work hand-in-hand.

However, due to the “curse” of the Great Twilight that spread across the whole Empire, the school life she was aiming for has changed, and what awaited Juna was a severe reality.

Kurt Vander (CV: Takuya Eguchi)

The second son of the Empire’s military family, the Vanders, a genius in the arts of twin swordsmanship, and a serious but handsome man. He originally had plans to enter the main Thors Military Academy school, but lost sight of his objective after the Vanders lost their role as the royal family’s protection, and has enrolled in the Second Branch School.

At first he didn’t acknowledge the abilities of Rean, who was praised to the skies as the Ashen Chevalier, but after spending time with the New Class VII as well as Rean who took him seriously as a swordsman and his instructor, Kurt matured with a more honest heart.

Following the curse that spread across the Empire, Kurt finds himself waking up in an unfamiliar village…

Altina Orion (CV: Inori Minase)

A girl who lacks emotions and uses a combat shell called Claiomh Solais. She’s part of the Empire’s Intelligence Agency where she’s known under her codename “Black Rabbit. She carried out various missions for the agency and monitored Rean’s actions as his partner.

Afterwards,  Rean took the position as an instructor at the Second Branch School, and following a secret order, Altina enrolled in the same school. As a student of Class VII, she deepens her bond with Rean and the other students through activities, and slowly but surely began to show some emotion.

After a certain event that took place in the imperial capital, Altina went as far as putting her life on the line to defend her “friends,” however, someone dear to her ended up dying instead. After yearning for the days that won’t ever come back, Altina fell to the depths of despair.

Musse Egret (CV: Ami Koshimizu)

A girl born in the noble Egret family of the Empire, characterized by her neat, tidy, and captivating behavior. She was once enrolled in the prestigious St. Astraia Girls’ School, but after Thors Military Academy changed to a branch school, she was admitted into the Second Branch School. She showed flashes of mysterious parts and immeasurable talent during her time as a top student, but…

Musse’s true identity is Mildine Juzalith de Cayenne, the niece of Duke Cayene who started a civil war in the Empire, and she’s the successor. In order to stand against the Osborne Camp that includes the Imperial cabinet and army, she puts together a noble alliance called the Weissland Army.

She leaves the Second Branch School and groups up with Aurelia Le Guin, also known as “Golden Rakshasa,” along with Vita Clotilde, the “Azure Abyss.”

Ash Carbide (CV: Tomoaki Maeno)

He might be fearsome and coarse, but he’s a young delinquent who grew up in the slums and shows extraordinary talent in just about every field. At the Second Branch School he was first enrolled in Class VIII and was transferred to Class VII and decided to find his own way after being influenced by Rean and his classmates.

Around that time, a loathsome “curse” has been going wild in the Empire, when Ash gets involved in a major incident surrounding Emperor Eugent Reise Arnor III, and gets himself placed in custody.

However,  it appears that he was rescued by the Weissland Army led by General Aurelia, and nobody knows his whereabouts.
