Loop8 Release Delayed to June 2023

Marvelous delayed the Japanese release of Loop8 from March 16, 2023 to June 1, 2023. The North American and European versions will appear on June 6, 2023. On its Twitter account, Marvelous has issued an apology to both fans and those involved with the work. According to the announcement, this delay is to improve on the overall quality of the game. [Thanks, Famitsu!] Loop8 is not the only game that has had to delay its initial release because the development team wanted to polish up the gameplay. Granblue Fantasy Relink has had to push back its release window several times due to this exact same reason. Marvelous first announced Loop8 during the February 2022 Nintendo Direct presentation. It is an RPG with multiple endings dependent on your dialog choices. The characters’ relationships and moods are always in flux thanks to the “Kareru System” and so you have to pick your dialog based on what they feel or want at the moment.
