Meet Pokémon Sword & Shield’s Water Gym Leader Nessa; New Pokémon Yamper And Impidimp

The Pokémon Company and Nintendo revealed the latest of Pokémon Sword & Shield at E3 2019, starting with the Water-type Gym Leader Nessa we saw in the Direct and two new Pokémon called Yamper and Impidimp.

Nessa

Nessa is an expert on Water-type Pokémon and one of the Gym Leaders you must face on your adventure. Her calm and collected attitude hides a competitive spirit and indomitable will. She will overwhelm any opponent in battle by blasting them with powerful Water-type moves.

Here’s a first look at two new Pokémon introduced in Sword & Shield with Yamper and Impidimp [Thanks, @Serebii]:

Yamper

Yamper is an Electric-type Pokémon with an ability that collects the first failed throw of a Poké Ball.

Impidimp

Impidimp, on the other hand,  so far we only know that it is a Dark/Fairy-type Pokémon.
