Cutoff an enemy’s special technique by getting between the range of the attack.

Act as a bodyguard by covering other characters from damage. This skill is particularly useful for frail classes like mages and characters near death.

Shamans, first seen in Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice, return in Disgaea 4 armed with stat decreasing dances. Their first skill is "cursed dance."
