Urouge, the captain of the Fallen Monk Pirates, will join One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 as part of the Character Pack #2 DLC. Bandai Namco shared an introduction trailer for Urouge, who will join as the third character from the “Worst Generation Character Pack” later this week.

Urouge from the Sky Islands is known for his large size and even larger Kanabo that he uses in combat. In One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4, Urouge is a power-type character with dynamic punches and area of effect attacks from his giant weapon. He can also Form Change into a larger version of himself. Urouge’s Devil Fruit ability allows him to convert any damage taken into his own strength, and this ability kicks in while in his giant form. He basically gets a temporary buff whenever taking any damage while in Form Change.
Urouge will join as part of the DLC Character Pack #2, the “Worst Generation Character Pack” which will release on September 24, 2020. The two other characters from the DLC character pack includes “Murder Machine” Killer and X Drake. Check out their introduction trailers here and here.
