This is the first occasion for North American players, and the cool part is that it’s a monthly holiday. On the second day of every month, Sega and the Phantasy Star Online 2 team run a limited-time event, usually giving players some sort of boost, and a chance to get cool stuff. Today, log into the game and you could walk away with a Rappy costume.
Log into Phantasy Star Online 2 today, and you’ll get two SG22 tickets just for showing up. There are also several bonuses. You’ll get an extra login stamp, and 100 percent bonuses to FUN, EXP, rare item drop rate, and gathering fever occurrence rate. Basically, PSO 2 Day is the perfect chance for some celebratory grinding.
That’s not all, of course. While you’re going about your regular gameplay, make sure to keep an eye out for a new, rare enemy spawn. That’ll be the ARKS Rappy, a large chicken-like creature that’s common enough regularly, but this one is wearing clothes. If you beat it up, you can get a chance for the Rappy Suit Mini: ARKS item to drop.
