In Samurai Warriors: Spirit of Sanada, Koei Tecmo’s next Samurai Warriors game, players will follow the Sanada Clan. In particular, Masayuki Sanada, head of the clan, and his sons Nobuyuki and Yukimura. This means visiting a Castle Town between missions. While there, you can talk to major players, people in the army, or even ordinary citizens to participate in mini games and collect new missions.
The Samurai Warriors: Spirit of Sanada’s Castle Town starts out small. However, you’ll eventually have a Blacksmith for improving weapons, a Dojo where people can learn and improve skills, Shops with items, a Stable where you can buy horses for missions, and a Teahouse for improving character relationships. It is also possible to play a shell game at the Jinzo, fish at streams or ponds for possible gifts, and collect items with farming.
Samurai Warriors: Spirit of Sanada will come to North American PlayStation 4s and PCs on May 23, 2017, followed by a European release on May 26, 2017.
