Shrines & Offerings Give A Reprieve From Sense – 不祥的预感: A Cyberpunk Ghost Story’s Deadly Ghosts

Trapped within the neon-lit, hedonistic world of the Chong Sing Apartments, Mei will have to deal with the glitching, futuristic phantoms that haunt it any way she can in adventure game Sense – 不祥的预感: A Cyberpunk Ghost Story.

The stuttering, distorted ghosts of Neo Hong Kong are just as lethal as their ancient counterparts. Taking inspiration from Clock Tower, players can only hope to avoid these beasts, although offerings and shrine prayers can give players some temporary relief from being chased by these persistent killers. The main goal is to figure out the mystery surround each of them, though, which will finally rid the player of their haunting.

Mei will have to search every cubbyhole and hiding spot in the Chong Sing Apartments to deal with the fourteen dangerous spirits who lurk there, all while delving into a story of Chinese folklore set against a look at the industrial future. Players may also find other ghosts lurking about while searching, though, learning more of the story and some of its secrets from these more peaceful phantoms.
